This central collection screen displays a clean easy to understand presentation of key summary information and easy links to detail information and related processes. This includes:

• Summary of the debtor information, all contact information, place of work, if represented by attorney and any asset information
• Summary of the client and creditor information and their primary contact information
• Dual path collections for collector and attorney with separate ownership and status for each
• A quick Search and an Advanced Search to look up any debtor(s)
• Applicable FDCPA Warnings as well as your own tailored Warning messages and collector scripts for "talk-off's"
• Comments, the financial register and all scheduled tasks for this debt.

Also on this screen are links to enter your Queue, a Planner, a Dialer session and more. In short, this one screen provides all the summary and active links to all detail information.

Ease of training was designed into Cogent as can be seen by the screen designs, integrated Help, collector, legal and clerical scripts, plus the user can navigate through Cogent screens by use of the keyboard, a mouse or both.
