Thomas
J. Crotty
CEO and President
As
CEO and President of BSI eSolutions (BSI),
Thomas Crotty is responsible for the strategic
planning and direction of the company, as
well as leading the BSI management team
to assist clients in constructing the most
economically sound business solutions.
Crotty draws upon his 30 years of business
and technology experience to strategically
define their goals and objectives.
His
experience includes: CIO and Vice President
with Creditrust Corporation, CIO and Executive
Committee Member with Commercial Financial
Services and Senior Director-Division Chief,
Systems Integrator/Systems Architect/Business
Systems Development with GEICO Insurance
Company.
In
these roles, Crotty led corporate and enterprise
wide business systems' engineering efforts,
managed efforts of more than 300 full time
staff and consultants, and re-engineered
an IT department of more than 650 employees.
He has built new corporate and IT infrastructures
for multiple companies and has a demonstrated
ability to build strong partnerships with
internal and external senior management,
vendors, staff and peers.
He
is a graduate of University of Maryland
with graduate work in Technology Systems
Management, and is an active member of the
CIO Forum, Baltimore chapter.

Denise
Allmond
Chief Operating Officer
As
Chief Operating Officer, Denise Allmond
is responsible for overseeing all aspects
of company operations, as well as client
and outsourced business partner extensions.
In this role, Allmond ensures compliance
to BSI operating agreements, provides enterprise
project management, and participates in
the strategic planning and direction of
the company.\
Allmond
has over 23 years of business and technical
experience, providing enterprise project
management, business management, and system/application
development to Fortune 500 companies.
She is a former Director of Data Communications
and Director of Database Administration/R&D
with GEICO Insurance Company, as well as
Manager of Networking and Network Operating
Systems, Manager of Enterprise Project Office,
and Manager of Application Development with
Fannie Mae Corporation.
Allmond has also managed a corporate Test
Lab, implemented a corporate-wide rollout
of NetWare 4.1, and designed, developed
and maintained enterprise systems for marketing,
financial and investment departments.
Allmond
is a graduate of the University of Maryland
with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Steven
J. Meyer
Senior Director, Business Systems Integration
Steven
Meyer is Senior Director of Business Systems
Integration and responsible for meeting
the engineering needs of all other BSI eSolutions
requirements. Meyer leads all aspects
of the Cogent system deployment and implementation
to ensure product accuracy and a timely
launch.
Before
joining BSI eSolutions, LLC, Meyer held
positions as Vice President of Intel Operations
with Deutsche Bank, Director of Information
Systems Support with Creditrust Corporation,
Department Manager of Network Services with
Commercial Financial Services, and Software
Engineer Supervisor with Electronic Data
Systems (EDS).
Meyer
has over sixteen years of experience planning,
developing and deploying financial and debt
collection systems, and spent five years assisting
large collection companies plan and accommodate
for rapid infrastructure growth.
Meyer
graduated from Oklahoma State University
with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing
and a Bachelor of Science in Management
Science and Computer Systems.

John
L. Yeilding
Vice President, Business Intelligence and
Client Management
He
is a former Director of Product Development,
Manager of MIS Research & Development,
Director of Systems Design and Development,
Manager of Business Systems/Business Re-engineering,
Data Analyst and Programmer Analyst. Yeilding
graduated with a BS in Management Science
and Information Systems from Oklahoma State
University and an MBA from Southern Nazarene
University.
Yeilding
has 20 years of software engineering and
IT experience. He has worked for The Hertz
Corporation for 11 years plus another nine
years within the Debt Collection Industry.
From these roles, Yeilding brings extensive
experience in business engineering along
with a strong background in data analysis
and systems development. Yeilding’s
responsibilities include:

Establishing and maintaining BSI’s
‘content’ (i.e. industry,
business, process, technology) credibility
with our clients’ senior business
executives

Understanding the client’s business
needs and applying BSI’s methodologies
to define the overall client requirements
