BSI eSolutions has partnered with TouchStar Software to bring Cogent clients a unique and seamlessly integrated interface.  Taking advantage of the common technology platforms (Microsoft .Net and SQL Server Relational Database) of both products, BSI has achieved the following;

  • COGENT has uniquely integrated TouchStar dialer controls within the Cogent Application.  This reduces the training time and helps collectors become productive faster since they only use Cogent.

  • Cogent has the ability to directly write to the TouchStar database while also recording all dispositions directly to the Cogent database for immediate real-time reporting.

In addition some of the Cogent/TouchStar interface features provided through Cogent are;

  • Trickle feed of accounts dispositioned within Cogent (payment, attorney letter, bankruptcy, etc.) to the dialer to remove from existing campaigns. 
  • Support for the TouchStar Transfer Agent capability
  • Support for Barge capability
  • Predictive//Power/Preview Dialing interfaces
  • Handling multiple calls, 3-way conferencing, recoding
  • Direct transferred call beeps in headset
  • Instant messaging
